This sole is made using 50% GRS certified recycled material.
The supply chain for the production of this sole is entirely traceable and guaranteed by the third-party control required by the GRS.
The result is a recycled and recyclable sole that uses 50% fewer natural resources, being able to count on the recovery of pre-consumer materials that are reintroduced into the production cycle.
According to the regulation issued by the TextileExchange, only GRS certified footwear manufacturers can make use of the GRS logo and advertising claims associated with the GRS certified finished “footwear” product.
Non-GRS certified footwear manufacturers can still take advantage of Corplast’s GRS certification to promote the sustainability of their products in relation to the individual components used.
Many physical or e-commerce marketplaces are already applying smart labeling that takes into account the recycled and certified content of relevant components such as soles, insoles or uppers.
